Q: Can my guests have a late checkout the morning after the wedding?
A: We will try and accommodate your guests' requests, however, this will be dependent upon the occupancy of the hotel on the day in question.
Q: Can I bring in my own wedding gifts?
A: Yes, you will be able to bring in your own wedding gifts if preferred, but we would be grateful if you could inform us of the type/kind of gifts ahead of time. The hotel is not responsible for any items left unattended so we recommend an attendant for tour gift table.
Q: Can I create my own menu?
A: Yes. Our Executive Chef is happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. Our experienced team will work with you to fulfill your requests.

A: Of course. A complete tasting of all the selected menu items will be scheduled several weeks prior to your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.

A: Yes, as long as the exchange is for the same raw ingredient, e.g. poultry for poultry. Changing of preparation method is also possible without any additional cost.

Q: Can I have an open bar at the wedding?
A: You can elect to have an open bar, a limited selection of wine and beer, or a cash bar. Your wedding specialist will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each.
Q: Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront?
A: Certainly. We have several locations that would be appropriate for these occasions, including the beautiful Riverdeck Terrace, Trellises Restaurant, and others.

A: Yes, you may provide both the wedding cake and the groom's cake. We will provide the china and utensils, as well as complimentary cake cutting assistance.

A: We can recommend local agencies that can assist you with your entertainment needs, including live bands, string quartets, mariachis, and interactive DJ's.
