Designed to accommodate meetings and special events of all sizes, our Jacksonville, Florida venues offer 110,000 square feet of flexible function space, including the 27,984 square foot Grand Ballroom and more than 20,000 square feet of balconies overlooking the St. Johns River. Grand Ballroom
Treat your guests to a gourmet meal in our magnificent 27,984 square foot Grand Ballroom, the largest event space in Northeast Florida. The Grand Ballroom will accommodate up to 2,120 guests for a seated banquet and up to 3,200 for a cocktail reception.
River Terrace
Located directly on the waterfront with a private balcony, the River Terrace can turn any function into a memorable event. Host up to 450 for a seated banquet or up to 600 guests for a cocktail reception.
River Deck Balcony
Overlooking the scenic St. Johns River with extraordinary views of downtown Jacksonville and the Main Street Bridge, the River Deck Balcony is the ideal spot to toast a successful venture. Host up to 980 guests for a cocktail reception.
Boardrooms
The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront offers four boardrooms with seating for up to 40 people. All boardrooms overlook the magnificent St. Johns River which provides a serene background for any type of meeting.
City Terrace Rooms
Choose from eight smaller meeting rooms, all with new carpet throughout and each overlooking the magnificent Jacksonville cityscape. Ranging in size from almost 900 square feet to more than 1,300 square feet, these rooms offer great atmosphere for any meeting.
Florida Rooms
Choose from four distinct meeting rooms, all with new carpet, named after different cities in Florida.  Their square footage ranges in size from 1,500 to over 3,000 square feet and are perfect for medium-sized meetings.  The St. Johns and Clearwater look out over the stunning St. Johns River, while the Orlando and Daytona offer a view of the cityscape.
